What are the safety certifications on these charger?
All of our Nekmit charger are UL certificated and safe for daily use.
Is it normal that my charger is heating up?
It is normal for a little heat to be emitted from the product, but it shouldn't be too hot to handle. In this case, please stop using the product and contact our support channel for more help.
What is a GaN charger?
Gallium nitride, or GaN, is a material that's starting to be used for semiconductors in chargers. The main thing about GaN when it comes to chargers is that it produces less heat. Less heat means components can be closer together, so a charger can be smaller than ever before—while maintaining all the power capabilities and safety standards.

What is USB Power Delivery?
USB Power Delivery (PD) is a universal charging standard that enables compatible devices to charge at much higher power than normal. The technology supports bi-directional charging and data transfer from both host and peripheral. Fast charge your Pixel 3 or iPhone, and then use the same charger to power your MacBook.

Do you have any charger which supports Samsung Super Fast Charging?
Yes, our 60W & 90W Charger supports Samsung Super Fast Charging for 25W or 45W.
How will the charger's amperage be split when charging multiple devices?
For the dynamic detect chargers, the output of amperages will be intelligently distributed to ensures effective simultaneous charging. For normal chargers, the output of amperages will be split evenly.
Does charger stop charging once the phone or device at 100%?
It will supply a trickle of electricity to maintain the power once your device is fully charged.
Are these chargers are safe and reliable to plug in? Does it need to be removed if not in use?
Yes, all of our Nekmit chargers are safe to use, but we still recommend not to keep the charge plugging in when you do not use it, since it will shorten life of charger.
What if the Nekmit’s LED is working but my device isn't charging?
If the LED is working but your device is not charging, your cable may be faulty. Try charging with different cables. If the problem persists, please email us at support@nekmitusa.com to claim your 12-month warranty.
Are these chargers Apple certified (MFi) to safely charged iPhones?
MFI is not necessary for the wall charger. But please be assured that our lightning cables are MFI certified.
Order
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Normally orders will ship within 2-7 business days of processing payment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with an online tracking number.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
Account
Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Do you save my details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
Payment
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
When will my card be charged for my order?
The debit on your credit card comes within a maximum of 7 days after your order. All bank transactions are protected and managed by the stripe company.
